Great Interview Answer
by: Anonymous

I think this is a really good example of HOW to answer the question "why do you want to work for this company".

What I find is that most people are relatively proud of the organization they work for and want others to be proud too.

The interviewer is no exception, she wants to know that you are genuinely interested in her organization, rather than just trying to get any job that comes along.

You will get far more interest from the interviewer if she thinks you are interested and knowledgeable about the business. The best way to convince the interviewer about "why do you want to work for this company" is to do some background research and show her that you have taken the trouble to find out some interesting facts.
