Why Do You Want To leave Your Job?

What are some of the best ways to explain why you would like to leave the company you are at presently.
I know the reasons but I don't think they are appropriate to mention.
Thank you.

Essentially, the hiring manager wants to see a positive and substantial reason why you want to leave your last position, or at least why you are looking for a new job.
One of the best interview answers would be to say that you are keen to develop new skills and meet new challenges.
Do not start to bad mouth or criticize your current employer, but say that the opportunities to learn new skills have become limited and you are keen to keep your career moving forwards.
Continue by adding that this job - that you are being interviewed for - meets what you are looking for very well and will make good use of and develop further, the skills you possess. It also means that you are pleased to be here discussing it with them.
You could also add that the elements and demands of the job that you are now being interviewed for, is really of interest and you are confident of contributing to the new organization.
