What is your greatest weakness.

I believe that every weakness carries a message of strength, teaches a lesson of wisdom, tells a story of success and creates opportunity to grow.

A weakness could be a blessing if discovered and success if cured. When I look back at my career, it appears that a number of weaknesses taught me to grow and succeed. For example I was of the opinion that I could do things better myself and practiced it. Soon I realized that my subordinate staff is becoming more and more ignorant, inefficient and lazy. I immediately ceased this practice, started their training and succeeded to built a sharp,dedicated and efficient work force that could meet any challenges.

At times when I needed help, I tried to solve the problem on my own instead of asking a co-worker who might know the answer. Soon I realized that it would save me more time and I would be more efficient. It is true that:-
