How to apply for a job at Walmart? It's real simple. All you need to do is follow the following steps:

Step 1: Register for an applicant account in the company website. Make sure you have done the proper research on the company and the jobs it offers beforehand, or at least have a good idea of what you want.

Step 2: Complete your application form. You will be asked what kind of positions you want to work in, which stores or offices you want to work in, what special skills you have (such as being multilingual), your past work experience, and your ideal working hours, among others.

Step 3: Answer the Pre-Employment Test. This exam will test your work ethic. Questions on how you would react to certain difficult situations or how you would handle a customer complaint will be asked of you. Questions about your past job experience will also be asked, and there will be a personality test included as well. This exam was created to simulate how you would think and act when you are actually working already.

Step 4A: If you fail the exam, you will not be called for an interview. Should you wish to retake the test, you can do so after 60 days.

Step 4B: If you pass the exam then you will be called for an interview. Be sure to dress appropriately and be ready to answer questions regarding what you wrote in your application form and what you answered in your pre employment test.
