Reason for change in job

by AAA BBB

What should be the best answer for change in job?

Reply by Peter Fisher

The best interview answer to questions like that is this: talk about the reasons why you moved jobs (if you have) and tell them the decisions and reasoning behind your move i.e. for more responsibility or the chance to learn a new skill.

What you want to try to do is to illustrate a dynamic career, personal growth and the desire to learn new skills. It also shows that you have adapted to new working conditions and environments on previous occasions.

Don’t say you changed jobs just for more money or you were sick of the old job, because they will think the same will happen again and will not want to take the risk of that.
