Business Management Training Courses and Programmes

  • Succession planning and creation of the next generation of competent workers who are prepared to occupy more responsible positions.
  • Extend the scope of senior managers by an exchange of experiences within and outside the organisation.
  • Ensure efficient and effective working of a department with economical output of required quality.
  • Promote individual and collective morale, responsibility, accountability, co-operative attitudes and good working relationships.

However, in conducting training needs analysis at any level, understand that training may not be the whole solution. Training is normally employed with the expectation of changing individual performance which also depends on other factors that form a complex interconnected human performance system.

Management training events are frequently run as short seminars and are particularly for:

  • Managers who seek increased powers of leadership.
  • Managers at all levels who want to improve their interpersonal skills.
  • Managers who want to motivate and build team spirit in the workforce.
  • Managers who aim to increase the productivity of their subordinates.

The range of business management training is as long as it needs to be in order to meet specific training objectives but usually includes topics such as:
