How you introduce yourself to your interviewer who may be the hiring manager for the job and your prospective employer, is absolutely crucial.

You must work on your self-introduction once you have been invited to an interview so that you are ready to talk convincingly about yourself.

Self introduction is your key to interview success because you are starting from a baseline position where they have no experience of who you are or what you are like.
