I am Leo Leong 38 years old. I have been worked 13 years in multimedia and internet field.

I got my higher diploma in 1996 from Hong Kong Technical College which major in design. I obtained a position with Marval Route System which is a small size software dealer and a solution provider. My main role is to design and build the multimedia application. I acquire experience on system design, programming, web site design and production. I was required to communicate the customer with the customer and create the user requirement, and develop a product that satisfies the need of the customer. After spend almost four years in this company I realize that a medium or large size company would help to develop my career better.

In Dec 1999, I obtain a multimedia position with iASpec Technologies with is medium size e-commercial application service provide and titled as multimedia design I was assigned to lead a team of three design to build e-commercial applications according to the user requirements my responsibilities include in system study, information architecture design, usability design user interface design. I was required to communicate with local customer (Sunevision )and the consultant form U.S.A. to smooth the deployment of Superhone.net. I earn valuable experience on, information architecture design, usability design, user interface design form one of the biggest USA UI firm.

In late 2000 I join Cityline which is on of the biggest online ticketing and ticketing solution in Hong Kong. My responsibilities are in charge the web design team with two designer and editor, and work close with system team to redevelop the City line online ticketing web site and Urbitx website. I was assigned as web master of these two web sites. I have good exposure on web management, working with government organs and other business organization.Such as HKIFFA, Hong Kong opens, Urbitx.

After three year I leave Cityline because my brother form a company and invite me to join in which is a health products manufacturer. My mainly responsibilities including over see the I.T. department and the online shopping application. and daily operation. I have good exposure in project management, cost control, vendor management. and business development. In the same time I take a master degree in multimedia in H.K. and Polytechnic University and graduate at 2005. It gave me a great opportunity to enhance my multimedia development and project management skill.

In July 2006 I joined Gemstar TV Guide multimedia and entertainment technology which listed in Nasdaq. I was assigned as a user interface designer and web master. My responsibilities included user interface design and usability design for handle held device and interactive TV products. As webmaster I revamped one of the company portal. In the first year, the traffic to the web grew and the prospective business contacts form the website grew 300%. I just Bachelor of Information Technology in October 2009. It gave me a great opportunity to enhance my I.T. knowledge.
