Confused MBA with 2.6 years of work experince in sales

I would like to introduce myself as Suhail Ahmed, I am an MBA with 2.6 years of work experience .

Right after my Graduation I joined Acculogix software solutions in the year 2005 as a Business Development Executive.

Acculogix is a staffing firm & my role was to interact with the mid & senior people in the IT/ITES /Non -IT for staffing requirements . It was real enriching experience with an amazing learning as I had an opportunity to interact with the best people in the industry.

During my tenure with Acculogix I felt a need for MBA so I quit and went in for a Regular MBA.

Right after my MBA I joined Shiksha.com ( A part of InfoEdge India LTd - India's biggest Internet company )as Senior Executive corporate sales .

Shiksha.com is an educational portal whereby we intend to bridge the gap between education providers & education seekers.

My role in Shiksha is interacting with the chairman & Directors of various colleges and computer training institutes for web based advertisements ( Banners, Scrollers, & pop ups ) to assist and generating leads for their various courses and also facilitate branding .

The first 6 months was really great I had the highest number of clients across the country , Won all sales contest. However I started realising that Iam missing out on something and that is being with the best people in the industry which I used to be in my previous job.

My learning has been zilch here and I dnt feel like meeting people as they don't understand Internet and most of them lack professionalism.

Further interacting with others I realised I am doing institutional sales which is nowhere to corporate sales.

I have completed 1.6 years here and really confused and I don't want to stick with this organisation for a long time

I have given couple of interviews and it has not worked out.

I am interested in selling something that helps me interact with the best people in the industry and involves a lot of learning.

I have figured software sales & HR solutions are an ideal fit , However Iam unable to succesfully apply or attend interviews for the same .

Request you to kindly answer my questions below

1. Should I complete 2 years in my present organisation and then look for change or should I change my job right away ???

2. From my experience kindly suggest which industries would fit me considering Iam looking for interacting with the best people in the industry & lot of learning.

3. I feel guilty that I am not in the right profile and just wasting my time . How do I remove this feeling ??
