Change Job Profile

I am an Electrical Engineer & working with Ansals since Nov. 2007 in Ansals Sushant City, Bikaner as an Assistant Engineer.

But from 2 years I dont have knowledge of installation, maintenance of electrical equipments.

I want to join the company which have my role of major work is Electrical. But here i am just a service engineer. I do work here a services i.e: sewerage, water supply, civil and a little bit of Internal electrification work. I can't think this job is meant for a Electrical engineer. This profile works can do any graduate person.

I want to be utilized my knowledge of electrical engineering and I want to enter in the installation of machines either power projects or design engineer.

Please help me what I can do, I cant understand the situation.
