A Personal Assistant or PA job is all about being responsible for the management of the boss's diary and providing administrative support to achieve the maximum effectiveness of their day. This may include making travel arrangements, scheduling and organising internal / external meetings and conferences; diary management and coordination of all regular demands including replying to emails and letters when required, reading and analysing strategic documents and subsequently preparing reports, perhaps even briefing papers and presentations. PA Cover Letter: Recommended Layout
Your PA cover letter should be able to stand alone if necessary and highlight sections of your CV which promote those areas of your professional experience which the prospective employer requires. Mostly it should address positively any questions an employer may have about hiring you for the job. Like any other cover letter you might write, you should start at the top with your contact information in the top right of the page. The heading of the letter should include your full postal and email address, and both your mobile (cell) and home telephone numbers.
