Computer Training Issue
March 24, 2009
Hello

Computer Training Issues

Thank you for reading our newsletter: this year I promise to give you as much help to get you back to work if its an uphill struggle.

Computer Training

I've been asked by some of you about computer training so I've created the start of a new section which will expand to cover this topic.

For now we've got a general page on computer training, there's also some information about CISCO Training and Free CCNA Or CCNP Tutorials.

We also try to help you make the right selection of CCNA Course Books to be sure things go well for your CCNA exam.

Find Out More About Computer Training

Where can you find out more? For more information on careers, training, and working conditions see the Occupational Outlook Handbook at the US Bureau of Labor Statistics site.

Getting Back to work

Getting back to work after any sort of absence can be quite a challenge so we're doing more to help you. If you've been laid off or maybe took a maternity break, you often find it's your own (lack of) confidence that stops you more than the lack of opportunity.

We've updated our section on the website about getting back to work and there are some more tools that will help your confidence, so I recommend you go and see what's there now.

The page you want is at Getting Back To Work

Thinking How To Start Your Own Business

More people keep asking for information on starting their own business or becoming self-employed so I've started another section on the website to give you some of the essential information you need and get you thinking before you rush in!

You'll find the relevant section at Business Start Up and there are links to half a dozen or so related pages there too.

Got Other Career Or Job Questions?

Have you got career related or job finding questions you need answering?

I've been looking for ways to make it easier to answer your questions and what I've come up with is a small widget, which you can see on the contact page of my main website at www.your-career-change.com

The best part is that when you ask a question, it goes to our whole job searchers community, so other people may get you an answer even before I do.

You can also see some previously asked questions that have answers so you may get your own question resolved right there! And if you want to get involved - which I hope you will - you can dive in and provide someone else with an answer because that is what will make this system special!
