Hello

6 Interview Questions You Must Prepare Answers To

They say every interview is different, which may be partially true, but you can be sure some of the questions will have the same meaning, if not the same words. There are 6 interview questions you must prepare answers to, because if you don't you may end up letting yourself down.

It may be that you've had lots of interviews so you know what to expect and you're confident of being able to answer any interview question that is thrown at you; if that is so, great. But let me ask you why you're still having interviews; have you had any offers or are you still waiting?

Have you been 'winging' it and failing to prepare for each interview and the different job that each one entails? Having lots of interviews may mean you are coming across as 'cocky' or uninterested or you may be giving answers that are just too 'woolly' to be meaningful.

Every interview needs treating as a separate event as each job is different; the only thing that remains the same is YOU, so if what you are doing is not getting results, you must change what you are doing.

So back to the 6 interview questions you must prepare answer: Prepare these well and you will see a better outcome for your next interview.

Every interview includes these questions in one form or another:

  • Tell me about yourself
  • Why do you want to work for our organization?
  • What can you do for our organization?
  • Why should we hire you and not someone else?
  • What are your main strengths and weaknesses?
  • Describe your personality for us please

These interview questions may use slightly different words on different occasions, but they are always seeking to find the same information. Prepare for these and you will guarantee yourself a better success rate.

The 6 interview questions you must prepare answers to want to make sure you are able to show understanding of their requirements, describe how you are the right person because of your skills and personality, but above all are interested and WANT the job.

Answers to these and many other interview questions are on the best interview answers page.
