RoboForm

I found this great tool - RoboForm - that remembers all my passwords, so I don't have to write them on pieces of paper. Not only does it fill in the passwords for you, it can do the whole login thing: go to a site, fill forms, click the Login button. It also fills those ubiquitous web forms in one click.

I have about 150 logins stored and use about 20 -30 of those regularly so it saves me a lot of bother.

I really like it and best of all, it is completely free. They do not show ads to you and they do not spy on you. RoboForm has received very positive reviews from publications such as The Wall St Journal, Financial Times and PC Magazine.

You can check it out and download it for free at Roboform

Roboform is the top-rated Password Manager and Web Form Filler that completely automates password entering and form filling. RoboForm was named PC Magazine Editor's Choice, and CNET Download.com's Software of the Year. RoboForm:

  • Fills long registration and checkout forms with one click.
  • Encrypts your passwords to achieve complete security.
  • Generates random passwords that hackers cannot guess.
  • Fights Phishing by filling passwords only on matching web sites.
  • Defeats Keyloggers by not using keyboard to type passwords.
  • Backs up your passwords, Copies them between computers.
  • Synchronizes passwords between computers using GoodSync.
  • Searches for keywords in your passwords, notes and Internet.
  • Portable: Pass2Go RF runs from USB key, no install needed.
  • PDA-friendly: sync your passwords to Pocket PC and Palm.

Everything stays safe because it only sits on your computer and you can master-password it for further security.
