You will soon discover that CV and resume writing is partially science and partially art, so if you are going to write a really effective CV or Resume you may need to change your writing style to produce the most compelling document that demands a reaction from the reader, whether that person is the decision making manager or recruitment consultant.

Let's get this straight, the document you produce now, is not supposed to be an official record where you include everything you’ve ever done, its sole purpose is to get you to an interview.

Try to think about your CV and resume writing in the way a copywriter produces a glossy brochure for new cars or exotic holidays; the intention is to produce desire and action!!

The only thing you want from the reader of your CV or Resume is ACTION!

You want your CV to stand out in such a way that the person reviewing it cannot help but insist you come in to meet for an interview.
